The American motorcycle maker, the UM Motorcycles has planned to launch two cruiser motorcycles (Renegade Classic and Commando Mojave Edition) in the upcoming months in India. The UM Motorcycles are the recent motorcycle manufacturer talked in the automobile industry for expected to rival against the Royal Enfield.
The UM Motorcycles also recently exported its motorcycle to the nearby country Nepal, which was manufactured in India.
The company is set to launch tow motorcycles, Renegade Classic and Commando Mojave Edition in the month of September first week. The first set of motorcycles are of entry level motorcycles that may pose the rivalry activity on the Royal Enfield motorcycles.
Currently, the two motorcycles that are scheduled for the Indian scenario are Renegade Commando and Renegade Sports S, which is exported to Nepal. The appearance of the UM Motorcycles is classic modern who wheelers, which brings new flavor.
Commando Mojave Edition is the matte black paint dazzler, which is the special edition over the standard commando variant.
Renegade Classic and Commando Mojave Edition will get the engine of 279 cc, fuel injected, liquid cooled generating 24 BHP and 23 NM of torque. The engine is connected to the six speed gearbox.
The two motorcycles will be manufactured at the Lohia’s plant, Uttarakhand – the place the exported vehicles are currently made.
