Apache 200 FI ABS is coming soon
The official Facebook page of the TVS today flashed a message “Something Exciting is coming your way”. This probably means that the company is getting ready to launch the long awaited TVS Apache 200 Fi ABS version.
The company also initiated a step by starting a new website for the Apache 200 Fi ABS.
TVS is currently making the Apache 200 to feature BS4 engine and some additional changes for the new variant. TVS is already exporting to the Apache 200 Fi ABS version to the export markets and now the demand turns towards India.
TVS also last week conducted a stunt show called Apache Pro Performance X brutalizing the Apache 200 for non-stop 5 hours as a promo.
Engine comparison of Apache 200 Vs Apache 200 Fi
The Apache 200 standard carburettor version is 198 cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine produces 20.23 BHP @ 8500 rpm and 18.1 NM @ 7,000 rpm of maximum torque.
But, the Apache 200 fuel injection variant manufacture by BOSCH can produce 20.73 BHP @ 8500 rpm and maximum torque of and 18.1 NM @ 7,000 rpm.
Both the engines are mated with the similar 5-speed gear box.
Power and mileage of the Apache 200 Fi
The Apache 200 mileage is 30-40 kmpl, however an improvement is expected in the Fi version without losing the power, though the BHP and Torque values are almost the same.
The Fi version is expected to offer a pure RACING THROTTLE RESPONSE in the near future.
A minor increase in the price over the standard version is expected.
