Duke 250 2017 Engine Specifications
The complete changeover of the Duke 2017 model from the previous versions remains same in its engine and power department. The Duke 250 2017 is powered by the 248.8 cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC engine, that produces about 30 Bhp @ 10,000 RPM of maximum power and 24 NM @ 8,500 RPM of peak torque, mated to 6-speed gear box.
Side Mount Exhaust
The well known character of the Duke is the underbelly exhaust, which made every eyebrows raise at the time of launch. But, the modern underbelly exhaust is now replaced by the side mount exhaust, which is well designed. The engine noise of the Duke 250 2017 is expected to be different from the currently available models.
The upgradation of the Duke 2017 model did not miss even the corners of the whole body. The front mud flap gets a dual tone, while the rear is extended and neat. The engine cover is now more compact and goes well with the overall design of the motorcycle.
