Mercedes-AMG Sells its stake
The prestigious car manufacturer, the Mercedes AMG sold its 25 percent stake to ComSar Invest. The company owned 25 percent of stake towards the Italian two-wheeler manufacturer, the MV Agusta, which has now given to Black Ocean group.
Thereafter, the sales and marketing business between the firms came to an end which was signed back in 2014.
Mr. Giovanni Castiglioni, the president and the Owner of the MV Agusta said that the company got improved financially through the recent reform.
The motorcycle maker, the MV Agusta made a statement that: “The new shareholding structure of MV Agusta Holding, which will control 100 percent of MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., will see ComSar Invest as a strong minority shareholder and GC Holding, the investment company of Giovanni Castiglioni, owning the controlling stake.”

The figure value of the sales deal is unrevealed, but reports show that, MV Agusta’s capital will meet a boom and reaches the next level in making the high capacity superbikes in the near future.
