Kawasaki has launched its recently updated 2018 KX250F in India. The Kawasaki KX250F 2018 is launched and offered at a price range of INR 7.52 lakh ex-showroom (India).
KTM also recently unveiled KTM 250 EXC TPI and KTM 300 EXC TPI (Fi, 2-stroke Engine) and Kawasaki is now in pursuit of it.
The interesting part of the upgraded Kawasaki KX250F 2018 is that the dirt bike is only for the track performance and cannot be authorised or registered for the usage of public roads or streets.
The upgradation of the Kawasaki KX250F 2018 remains same about its chassis, while the engine gets a significant tweak resulting in the improved torque and suspension setup.

Kawasaki assures about the improved lap timings of the 2018 model over the 2017’s KX250F. All the improvisation of the new model is available by just an increase of INR 38,000 is appreciable.
Powering the Kawasaki KX250F is the 249 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke engine with new throttle bodies and fuel injection system for the torque boost.
In addition, fuel pump, camshaft and revised compression ratio of 13.4:1 are done.
The larger piping and the new header of the exhaust on the Kawasaki KX250F 2018 offers a wide rev range.
The suspension duties of the Kawasaki KX250F 2018 is done by the Showa 48 mm in the front and the Uni-Trak setup in the rear.
The lightweight aluminium perimeter frame is retained from the 2017 model and retains great control and riding quality. With the new suspension setup, the damping performance and the braking accuracy on the track is easily achieved.
The new Kawasaki KX250F 2018 offers revised ECU settings providing three riding maps like standard, hard and soft. The optional KX FI calibration kit allows the rider to move with the riding maps which can be selected from seven options.
The Kawasaki kX250F 2018’s KX Launch Control System triggers the motorcycles sharply releasing the clutch point.
The braking duties are managed by the 270 mm front petal shaped discs.
Kawasaki kX250F 2018 is brought via the CBU route with a marginal 1% increase in the price due to GST.
The Dirt bike is available only in Lime green color and are remained only on the tracks and not on roads.
