The Harley Davidson Dyna and Softail models of 2018 gets a new engine (Milwaukee-Eight V-Twin engine), reports Motorcyclemagazine.com. The information about the new engine of the represented models will get the Milwaukee-Eight V-Twin engines.
The new breed of Milwaukee-Eight V-Twin engine retains its 45degree V angle and push rod exploiting the modern technology feature. Each cylinder reserves two valves and the twin cooled has a water cooled heads.
The upgradation of the engines in 2018 is offered in three measures. A basic version of the 1,746 cc engine, termed as ‘107′ producing 92 BHP. The other two engines are the 1868 cc with 101 HP called as ‘114’ version and 1923 cc with 105 HP called as ‘117’
The present day sold Dyna and Softail variants is equipped with the Twin Cam V-twin engine of 1,688 cc or 1,802 cc. However, all the models will get the new range of engine of 107 range Milwaukee-Eight.
Breakout, Softail Deluxe, Fat Boy, Heritage Softail Classic, Low Rider, Softail Slim, Fat Boy, Street Bob and Fat Bob are the bunch of motorcycles to get the new Milwaukee-Eight engine (the mentioned models will be made available as anniversary edition). Harley Davidson will reveal the 2018 models by the end of this month or in the near short.
